With this particular office being designed in the midst of the pandemic, space and social distancing was at the forefront of our proposals and this finished article complies very well without the feeling too roomy and empty. After the 4 week install of the prefabricated unit was completed on site, City and County followed immediately and within 3 working days had delivered a 5m x 3m jungle foliage wall complete with built up bronze lettering, bespoke design meeting table & sample units, slatted walnut timbers to wall & ceilings, as well as two interactive touchscreens – one table top mounted and one within a branded walnut wall surround.

This is the first time Sanctuary Group have opted for touchscreen technology and working alongside our software partners, we guided them every step of the way to help build the exact program they wanted, tailored to each need they requested in the initial brief. The response has been so positive that they are now considering rolling out further touchscreens across all other sites.

Overall this was a great project to be involved in as the lead time from starting the office structure to fully installed office was truly remarkable compared to a traditional brick built unit and the huge feature living wall which hits you on entering the office, brings a little bit of the jungle to the quant town of Hockley, Essex.
