The Challenge
For our first project working with the Severn Valley region of Persimmon Homes. We were tasked with creating a new sales office concept which provided a welcoming environment that maximised working space, whilst aligned with brand identity. The project involved a tight deadline of less than four weeks and also offered challenges of incorporating two workstations, large choices storage, ample storage and interactive touchscreen technology, all within the footprint of a standard double garage.

Our Solution
Our team collaborated closely with the dedicated sales team to develop a tailored installation plan that addressed all project needs. We provided:
• End to end project management including initial site briefing meeting, various surveys at key stages of build, overseeing of installation & final signoff with cleint
• Full expert design service initiated with basic 2D plans from technical garage drawings provided, before generating state of the art CGI renders for various options and unlimited revisions, at no cost to the client
• Expert installers with over 20 years’ experience, ensuring a professional finish in a timely and neat fashion

Results
The installation was completed on schedule and within budget. Highlights included:
• Multiple workstations and various discrete storage options
• Bespoke choices area, complete with play area for clients to compare kitchen and bathroom finishes
• Floor to ceiling acrylic room divider, creating designated area for touchscreen display
